Allow me to begin with a brief introduction. I have been interested in human thinking and the development of human relations ever since I was a child, which is why I decided to study as much as possible about the human psyche. Despite turning towards the IT world after graduating from university, I have been always seeing the environment around me from a psychologist\u2019s perspective. I believe that the ability to properly analyze and identify the given organisational dynamics highly contributed to the rapid progress I made as a project manager at the beginning of my career.<\/p>\n
Since I had my very first day at Hungary’s leading ICT provider, Magyar Telekom, I have been always working with remote teams. Since 2013 I worked with Indian offshore teams, while in 2018 I moved to Berlin, where I started working with a talented international team at Deutsche Telekom Innovation Laboratories. There I’ve got used to mostly see my colleagues through video calls and only meet them in every few months, since most of our developers were not based in Germany, but worked from Russia and Israel.<\/p>\n
I have been working as a Digital Nomad since 2021 both as an employee and an entrepreneur.\u00a0 It was a natural continuation of my career path to use my experience and skills to support people who want to become digital nomads or already digital nomads, companies who want to accommodate remote workers and anyone who wants to get the best out of themselves!<\/p>\n

Many people wonder what coaching could offer compared to a regular conversation. At a coaching session, the coach basically provides the client with a framework of thought that makes it possible for the client to shift his mindset from the problem to their desired goal, develop possible solutions as well as the first small steps to reach those goals. The coach achieves all this by numerous solution-focused questions, confirmatory feedback and summaries, and empathetic listening. <\/span><\/p>\n In my work I apply a solution-focused approach. Instead of an in-depth emotional analysis of the problem, we immediately turn towards finding solutions and unfolding already existing strengths, which results in quick and visible results. I believe that everything and everyone is in constant change, and the most important thing is to explore the current dynamics and to develop the next steps. The solution always lies in the client\u2019s skills, I simply help them realize that their life is not as unchangeable as they might think, and that they do have alternative options. I achieve these by exploring their resources, rearranging their thoughts and changing their focus of attention.
