I obtained my degree with a specialisation in social and organisational psychology at Eötvös Loránd University in 2013. I also studied psychology and sociology at the University of Copenhagen. I’ve been an autogenic trainer since 2012 and an NLP practitioner since 2014. I learnt solution-focused coaching from Enikő Tegyi, while I learnt solution-focused organisation design from Elvira Kalmár. I participated in the Coaching Foundation course of BetterUp. I’m still training myself in order to be able to support my clients as best as possible and I’m in the process of obtaining my International Coach Federation credential.

I have applied a solution-focused approach from the beginning of my career. Now I am available to you as a coach so that we can succeed together.
A decade of multicultural experience
with solution-focused approach
I gained most of my professional experience at the following three companies: Magyar Telekom, Deutsche Telekom and Starschema. The experience that I acquired at one of the world's leading telecommunications companies helps me every day to support my business clients the best I can, regardless of the problem they seek advice. This experience has been further enriched by the international experience I gained in the past couple of years: starting from the projects I led in cooperation with our Indian partner companies, the insights I gained from the startup culture of Berlin, the collaboration with Israeli researchers around IoT cybersecurity projects or the joint work with American NGOs. Besides the multinational environment I also worked with Hungarian (Starschema) and Austrian startups (Riddle&Code Gmbh). Furthermore, I work as a digital nomad, to further develop my knowledge about the world around us as well as our human culture.
